Blue team (that plays in a 4-2 formation) must find space and score. To prevent yellow team to\u00a0play so low, coach defines that every 5 passes in on of the red squares counts as a goal for blue. If yellow recover the ball n that zone, they score too.<br \/>\n<strong>Objectives<\/strong> (priority - Blue):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Velocity in ball movement;<\/li>\n<li>Mobility;<\/li>\n<li>Fast defensive transition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The representativeness in the exercise of the ideas that the coach has for the \"way of play\" are fundamental condition for a process of success.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This exercise intends to make players take decisions in both offensive and defensive behaviour.
