This 4 exercises have a natural progression between them, starting from small principles\/behaviours and finishing with a \"big picture\" of what we expect from the next match - how we will stop our opponent and how we can hurt him.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><em><strong>I<\/strong><strong>ntroductory<\/strong><strong> note:<\/strong> In this hypothetical scenario we will play an away match against a very good team that plays in a 4-4-2 diamond shape system. The opponent is very strong building offensive actions through the middle and exploring depth through movement of its strikers. Focus on defensive behaviour:<\/p>\n<p>1-Two players in the miedllle need to recover the ball to get out. Always go to defend the players who missed the pass and the previous one (SOCIO-AFECTIVE STRUCTURE);<\/p>\n<p>2- If the inside players take a ball (pass) between them, they will be an aditional time in the miedlle (DEFENSIVE COVERAGE);<\/p>\n<p>3- If the players defending recover the ball they should try to score in two small goals 8OFFENSIVE TRANSITION). Team in possession must quickly move the ball till find space to connect with the striker. Everytime they success they get a point.<br \/>\nThe main objective of the exercise it\u00b4s to avoid that situation.
