Exercise #4 - Ball possession + Counter Attack

Exercise prepared by coach Eduardo Almeida (Ubon UMT - Thailand)

The focus of the exercise is ball possession and counter attack after recover the ball

Description: Yellow team starts with possession and must achieve 5 passes in order to play on the wingers or with the striker, creating a 3v2 situation.
Blue team must recover the ball and after they can play also on wingers/striker to start the counter-attack situation. Whenever one scores a goal, the ball starts from his team. We can change the rules and put the outside players playing inside, changing the number of players in attack and defense, etc, to create a playing system context (1 striker, 2 strikers...)
