5 integrated football training exercises you can use on pre-season!

In most cases, we are still in a transition period, but there are also teams
already started preparing for the 2021/2022 season.
If not in practical terms, at least in terms of planning!
There are 6 points that we consider important in the design of a pre-season
schedule:

- DEFINE YOUR GAME MODEL
- ANALYZES THE COMPETITIVE CALENDAR
- ESTABLISHES DIFFERENT INTENSITY LEVELS
- PREPARE FRIENDLY MATCHES
- PLAN EXTRA FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES
- EVALUATE THE PROCESS SYSTEMATICALLY
It´s fundamental to prepare properly this phase, so sensitive and often decisive
for the success of the seasons.

Receive now 5 integrated exercises developed by the Coach ID team with the
support of the Software.
The exercises are essentially SPECIFIC and can be useful for you in the first
training sessions, where there is more space to introduce less representative
tasks.
Each exercise is optimized for a squad of 20 field players.

Analyze, reflect, take your notes and adapt if you find it necessary!

REGISTERED WITH COACH ID.

Exercise 1 - Positional "Rondo" | Focus: Offensive Organization | Warm-up
Position structure similar to the system we intend to implement (eg 4-3-3)
Allows you to understand the positions of colleagues (micro level) and
development of frontal supports

Exercise 2 - Ball possession 6 (+2) x6 + 6 | Focus: Offensive Organization |
Main phase
Great numerical superiority with the objective of improving ball circulation.
Outside supports always play from the team in possession and are placed according
 to system positional objectives.
At the end of each 3' period, one of the inside teams goes to the place of the
team that was providing support.
Phase 1 (1.30') - Two jokers (yellow) play for the team that has the ball;
Phase 2 (1.30') - Jokers play for the defending team.

Exercise 3 - Defensive articulation | Focus: Defensive Organization | Main phase
Possession team tries to keep the ball and connect to the reference in depth
(midfielder, forward).
The defending team tries to maintain a cohesive structure and not allow spaces
for penetration passes or to conceive goals in small goals.
Coach can define as pressing stimulus, for example, a pass to the farthest player. This will be the trigger to press.

Exercise 4 - Rondo Guardiola | Focus: Organization and transitions | Main phase
Ball possession / reaction to loss.
Exercise that provokes a pattern of game-like behaviors - consecutive possession,
ball loss and transition moments. Hence, it is difficult to categorize this
exercise into a single category.
The name Rondo Guardiola is due to the fact that the Spanish coach was one of
the first to use it with great frequency.
Possibility of integrating the goalkeeper in the offensive action.

Exercise 5 - Set of sectors 10x10 + GR | Focus: Offensive Organization |
Main phase
Space divided into 3 sectors that no player can overtake.
The progression is made by connecting sectors in a "supported game" up to
sector 3 (finishing). Then the team in possession has numerical superiority
in order to guarantee a higher success rate.
Rule: In sector 3 the attackers' pressure is passive.
